Come and help the Yorkey’s Knob State School Gifted Global Green participants host their first ever tree planting! The GGG kids have decided they want to improve their nature reserve behind the school and we need your help planting more trees.

We will be planting nearly 200 plants in an after school planting, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on Thursday afternoon, September 14th.

As always we will have a fantastic and relaxing time in nature, helping the school look after their nature reserve and share the benefits of environmental restoration with all who come along.

Be sure to wear clothes suitable for planting trees and keeping mossies at bay, long sleeves and pants are a good idea. Enclosed shoes, a hat and bottle of water are good additions too.
