Calling all eagle-eyed avian enthusiasts! 

Join us Sunday Sept 11 at 8am, for our first citizen science-based activity following a successful planting season.

Meeting at the playground carpark in Goomboora, be an early bird and get your twitch on, as we take a walk through previous Treeforce planting sites, identifying, and counting different bird species and numbers!

All information will be input into eBird – one of the world’s largest biodiversity-related science projects (by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology).

If you’re peckish afterwards, Morning tea will be served as we chirp about what we spotted 

Please BYO binoculars, wear sturdy walking shoes and adequate clothing to protect against sun/rain/insects.
